Another term that kept coming up in conversation was "customer relationship management" and no other CRM platform is talked about more than Salesforce so I took a dive into Trailhead to briefly explore what this environment was like. Little did I know how deep this rabbit hole went. Despite wanting to go deeper I have admittedly been distracted with more pressing needs to date but it is a very robust system that requires more exploring in the future. I currently sit at Trailhead level Explorer with 7 badges.
